Södra Älvsborg Hospital, is one of four hospital groups within the region of Västra Götaland. Care activities are mainly provided at the hospitals in Borås and Skene. Outpatient clinics for psychiatric care are also available in the municipalities of Alingsås, Borås, Bollebygd, Herrljunga, Lerum, Mark, Svenljunga, Tranemo, Ulricehamn and Vårgårda with care services.
